  Outlaw Offroad Charlotte is seeking an experienced and motivated Installation & Fabrication Specialist to join our team. This position is ideal for a skilled technician with a deep understanding of suspension systems, steering components, axle upgrades, re-gearing, and off-road accessories for Jeeps, trucks, and SUVs.

As a key player in our build process, you’ll work on a wide variety of 4x4 platforms, delivering high-quality installs and custom solutions that perform both on and off the trail. Welding and fabrication experience is a major plus and can set you apart as a lead contributor on custom projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install suspension systems, steering upgrades, axle assemblies, gear sets, and aftermarket accessories
• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of 4x4 driveline systems
• Utilize technical manuals and tools to ensure accurate, high-quality work
• Support fabrication and welding tasks when needed for custom builds
• Maintain clean, organized workspace and adhere to safety best practices
• Provide leadership in the shop environment and mentor junior techs
• Exhibit professionalism and pride in craftsmanship
   

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in automotive service, preferably with 4x4/off-road vehicles
• Strong diagnostic and installation skills across multiple platforms (Jeep, Toyota, Ford, GM, Ram, etc.)
• Welding and light fabrication experience (steel/aluminum MIG or TIG preferred)
• Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
• Ability to lead projects and communicate effectively with the shop team
• Must have own tools.

-Full time schedule (Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM with a guaranteed lunch hour)

Outlaw Offroad Charlotte is hiring a General Service Technician to join our growing team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone who’s passionate about the off-road industry and looking to grow their skills in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. If you’ve got basic shop experience, your own tools, and a strong work ethic, we’ll help you take the next step toward becoming a specialist in off-road performance and custom builds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform basic general maintenance tasks including oil changes, tire mounting & balancing, and fluid inspection. 
• Assist with vehicle prep, teardown, and staging for suspension, steering, and accessory installs
• Maintain a clean, organized shop environment
• Support senior techs on custom build projects and daily installations
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards
• Learn and grow within the off-road space with support from experienced team members
   

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ year of shop or service tech experience (automotive, tire shop, or general repair)
• Familiarity with basic tools and procedures
• Own set of hand tools
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Passion for Jeeps, trucks, or off-road performance a big plus
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to grow with the team
